When you sign up for the WeddingShape Affiliate Program you must abide by the terms and conditions of the ClickBank Client Contract. You can view this Contract in full here.

In addition, we have clarified some of the terms in the Contract below so that there is no misunderstanding as to what the terms and conditions in the ClickBank Client Contract mean.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• If you are using Pay-Per-Click (PPC) you cannot bid on keywords that are trademarked terms in the United States. You can check if a term is trademarked in the United States  by clicking here.
  

• If you have a web site used to promote WeddingShape, then you cannot have trademarked terms in the url. For example, www.review-of-davidsbridal.com

• If you are using promotional copy of any kind, including but not limited to Google Adwords advertising, you cannot use derogatory words and phrases in that promotional text. This includes, but is not limited to, words and phrases like "scam", "rip-off", etc.

By signing up for the WeddingShape Affiliate Program, you agree to follow the rules set forth in the ClickBank Client Contract and Additional Terms and Conditions. Note that failure to adhere to the ClickBank Client Contract and Additional Terms and Conditions may result in legal action being taken against you by the trademark owners and/or suspension from the ClickBank affiliate program.
